Payment and policies

  • Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax, if any, is added to the invoice.
  • After you write through the contact form, we arrange payment by e-mail; payment is one-time for the full course.
  • To cancel, write through the contact form. Full refund if canceled at least 5 days before the first session; no refund after the first session begins. Refunds are returned to the same payment method within 10 business days.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a session, you receive a full refund or can choose a new start date.
  • Missed sessions can be reviewed through the 14-day recording access; rescheduling individual sessions is not available.
  • Robotics kits or physical hardware are not included; we provide recommendations for optional purchase. Paid subscriptions to third-party platforms are not included; free versions are sufficient for the course.
